How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your EDMAN.ai account and related personal data by emailing our privacy team. The same link is available inside the mobile app from Settings, Delete account request.

What to Include

• The email address used for your EDMAN.ai account.
• Your institution name, if your account belongs to an institution.
• Whether you want to delete only your account profile or all eligible learning data as well.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we delete or anonymise eligible account profile data, authentication links, AI tutor conversations, uploaded files, learning progress, assessment activity, and device or usage records tied to your account. We also ask relevant service providers to delete data where they process it for EDMAN.ai.

Retention Limits

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, backup recovery, or institution-managed academic records. Where data is retained, access is restricted and the data is kept only for the required period.
